Personal data shall mean any information about you that enables you to be identified, for example, your name, contact details, customer number, login, payment details, and information about your access to our website.

We might collect your Personal Data in relation to, e.g., the sale of products and services that we offer, creation of accounts in our online shop, use of our website and other websites accessible through our website, participation in a survey or competition, signing up for our newsletter or contacting us.

  • in order to allow the Company to send you marketing content – the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the Company’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the Company’s justified interest is sending marketing content to you throughout the period in which services are supplied to you by e-mail and, moreover, in ways to which you have consented

  • in order to fulfill the Company’s legal obligations under generally applicable legislation, including tax and accounting legislation – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR

  • in order to carry out analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing personal data is the Company’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the Company’s legitimate interest is to analyze the results of its business activities,

  • in order to implement the Company’s legitimate interest of potentially establishing or asserting claims or defending against claims – the legal basis for processing personal data is the Company’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;


Your personal data shall be processed:

  • In case of personal data processed for the establishment and performance of sales contracts, for the time required for the performance of all obligations under the sales contracts,

  • In case of personal data processed for the provision of electronic services to you, for the period of the provision of such services,

  • In case of processing of personal data for the purpose of directing marketing content to you by the Company, until you raise an objection to the processing of your personal data in this respect,

  • In case of personal data processed for analytical and statistical purposes, for the duration of the service provided to you

  • In case of personal data processing for the purpose of the Company’s legitimate interest, for as long as the Company’s legitimate interest exists (e.g. until the expiry of the limitation period for claims;

While processing your personal data, we shall also have to take into account the periods of time for which we have to keep it in order to comply with the requirements of generally applicable law.

When your personal data is no longer needed, it will be safely deleted or destroyed. We will also consider how we can minimize the amount of personal data that we use over time and whether we can anonymize your personal data so that it does not relate to you and does not identify you. Please note that the provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary in order
to provide services to you or to conclude and perform sales contracts. The consequence of failing
to provide the personal data required by the Company is an inability to provide services or conclude sales contracts.
