This Privacy Policy sets out the following:

  • What personal data we collect and process about you in connection with being our customer and in connection with your use of our websites, online shop, newsletter and other online services;
  • What do we do with this data;

  • To whom we share/disclose data;
  • And how we implement your right to data protection;

Personal data means any information about you that enables you to be identified, for example your name, contact details, customer number, login, payment details and information about your access to our website.

We may collect your personal data in connection with, among other things, selling the products and services we offer, creating an account in our online shop, using our website and other websites accessible through our website, participating in a survey or competition, subscribing to our newsletter or contacting us.

In paIn particular, we may collect information falling into the following categories:

  • Name, home address, email address, telephone number, credit/debit card details or other payment details,
  • Information about your preferences in relation to the use of the products and services we offer,
  • Information on purchasing our products and services and those of our partners,
  • Information on the use of our website,
  • Communication with you or directed to us by you via post, email, chat, social media and by telephone;


We process your personal data:

  • for the purpose of providing electronic services and concluding sales contracts – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) RODO,
  • in order for the Company to direct marketing content to you – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Company’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO; the Company’s legitimate interest is to send marketing content to you during the period of providing electronic services to you by mail and additionally in the manner to which you have consented,
  • for the purposes of fulfilling the Company’s legal obligations under generally applicable laws, including tax and accounting regulations – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO,
  • for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing personal data is the Company’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO, the Company’s legitimate interest is to analyze the results of its business operations,
  • in order to pursue the Company’s legitimate interest of possibly establishing or pursuing claims or defending against claims – the legal basis for processing personal data is the Company’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO;


Your personal data will be processed:

  • in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing sales contracts – for the time necessary to perform all obligations under the sales contracts,
  • in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of providing electronic services to you – for the duration of the provision of such services,
  • in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of directing marketing content to you by the Company – until you object to the processing of personal data in this regard,
  • in the case of personal data processed for analytical and statistical purposes – for the duration of providing services to you,
  • in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of realizing the Company’s legitimate interest – for the duration of the Company’s legitimate interest (e.g. Until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims;

When processing your personal data, we must also take into account the periods for which we must keep it in order to comply with the requirements of generally applicable laws.

When personal data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or destroyed. We will also consider how we can minimize the amount of personal information we use over time, and whether we can anonymize your personal information so that it is not associated with you and does not identify you. In the latter case, we will be able to use such information without informing you.


Our Company will not transfer your personal data to third countries.


Recipients of your personal data may be:

  • state and local government bodies and institutions authorized to obtain data under the law,
  • Trusted service providers used by the Company to conduct its business, such as: providers of information systems and IT services,
  • Postal and courier operators, transport service providers, operators of electronic payment systems and banks for payment processing,
  • Insurance companies in the field of insurance handling of concluded transactions,
  • entities that provide legal services for the collection of unpaid debts;
  • Our trusted independent partners who offer their products and services through our website; if you purchase products or services offered on our websites by third parties, you may be both a customer of our Company and those third parties. We and our partners have the right to collect and share information about you, including contact and billing information.
  • Social media:you can access social media services offered by third parties through our sites or available before you access our sites. In order to improve and personalize your use of our sites, we will obtain the personal information of the user logged into his or her social network account that he or she agrees to share with us through the social network in accordance with the social network’s privacy arrangements. We may also use social media plug-ins on our sites. Accordingly, your information may be shared with the provider of the social network and possibly shown on your profile on the social network for sharing with other users.   • To request information on whether your personal information is stored and, if so, what information is stored and for what purpose we store/use it,
  • Request access to your personal information,
  • To request the rectification of your personal data stored by us. You can complete any incomplete data or correct incorrect information that concerns you, which we store,
  • Requests for deletion You may request deletion or erasure of your personal data if there are no reasons justifying further processing. In addition, you have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information if you have exercised your right to object to the processing,
  • Object to the processing of your personal data in case we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest (or the interest of a third party), and in your specific situation there is any reason why you would want to object to the processing on that basis. In addition, you have the right to object if we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes,
  • Object to automated decision-making, including profiling, i.e. object to automated decision-making regarding you using your personal data or object to profiling;
  • Requests for restriction of data processing You may request the suspension of the processing of personal data concerning you, for example, when you want us to determine the correctness of the data or the reason for its processing.
  • Requests for transfer of personal data. You have the right to data portability, which includes the right to receive the data and send it to another controller or to request, if technically possible, that the data be sent directly to another controller,
  • Withdrawal of consent.Inlimited circumstances, when you have consented to the collection, processing and transfer of personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent to such processing at any time. As soon as we are informed of the withdrawal of consent, we will stop processing the data for the purpose or purposes covered by the withdrawn consent, unless we have another legitimate interest related to such processing.

We stipulate that providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary in order to provide services to you or to conclude and perform sales contracts. The consequence of not providing the personal data required by the Company is the inability to provide services or conclude sales contracts.
