Information clause in compliance with RODO

  2. The purpose of data collection is:
    1. The conclusion and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA),
    2. possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
    3. Archiving data to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
  3. You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e.: the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
  4. Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract. If the data is not provided, it will not be possible to conclude and perform the contract.
  5. The data provided by you will not be shared with third parties. Only institutions authorized by law will be recipients of the data.
  6. The data provided by you will not be subject to profiling.
  7. The data controller has no intention to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.
  8. Personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years, starting from the beginning of the year following the year in which the consent to process personal data was given.
